Jerardo Linares

Founder & Broker

Jerardo is a Mortgage & Real Estate Expert, & Loan Officer. He founded Millenia in 2019, after working as a Loan Officer for a major bank for over 10 Years.

Jerardo Linares is a graduate of San Diego State University and Broker with Millenia Home Mortgage. Jerardo brings over 13 years of Residential Mortgage Experience. Having previously worked as a Mortgage Banker for a major Bank prior to becoming a Broker, he brings extensive knowledge of all sides of a Real Estate Transaction.

When not working hard for his clients, you can find Jerardo teaching kids and adult classes at Ethos Jiu-Jitsu in Fullerton, which he Co-Owns with his good friend Ron.

He lives in LA with his Wife Kimberly and two dogs Dexter and Rio. They enjoy riding bikes along the LA River, camping and hiking.
